Tshering Dorje Sherpa: Founder/Mountain Guide. 

Tshering is the Mountain guide and and technical supporter of   Adventur Beyond the Limit Pvt. Ltd. and has been professionally involved in trekking and climbing for over a decade. Born in Mamerku village in the Solukhumbu district of Nepal, Tshering grew up in the shadow of the legend that is Mount Everest, where he acquired the climbing and leadership skills he offers to his clients today.

Tshering’s vision in establishing this company was to provide clients with high quality, professional service, enhanced by his local knowledge and expertise. He excels in delivering some of the most professional trekking and expedition services in Himalaya. The company has already gained a first-class reputation among clients from around the world because of his excellent management skills and commitment.
Tshering has successfully scaled nine of the top ten highest peaks in the world. He leads all the trekking and expedition teams, and also supervises and manages every trip organized by the company. His pioneering endeavours towards responsible tourism, such as founding the Himalayan Alpine Herbal and Agriculture Farm, are noteworthy and laudable.
Tshering has successfully scaled the following peaks:
(1) Mount Annapurna Fang (once) in 2007
(2) Mount Lhotse – 8516m (once) in 2008
(3) Mount Cho Oyu – 8201m (once) in 2008
(4) Mount Makalu – 8463m (twice) in 2008 / 2009
(5) Mount Dhaulagiri – 8167m (once) in 2009
(6) Mount Nanga Parbat – 8125m (once) in 2009
(7) Mount Everest – 8848m (twice) in 2010 & 2011
(8) Mount Manaslu – 8156m (once) in 2012
(9) Mt Kanchenjunga South 8400m in 2010

Training:

• Trekking Guide Training completed in 2001.
• Basic Mountaineering Training completed in 2003.
• Advance Mountaineering Training completed in 2004.
• Basic wilderness first aid course completed in 2005.
• Advance level wilderness first aid course completed in 2010.

Ngima Dorji Sherpa:Founder/Mountain Guide

NGIMA DORJI  SHERPA is one of the leading figures of peak climbing and high mountain expedition. He is fully trained with theoretical and practical bases earned number of records with climbing peaks and attempted high mountain expedition summits. His persuasive quality is the core to professional success. NGIMA DORJI SHERPA is associated at ADVENTURE BEYOND THE LIMIT Private Limited (www.abl.com.np family) for the placement of operation manager particularly for the peak climbing and high mountain expedition in and outside Nepal. He normally coordinates and facilitates all about the preparation of safety and security measures to all climbing crews before and during the climbing period.

He has been involving in tourism since 10 years back started working from early young age of 16 years as porter. Slowly and gradually he became assistant trekking guide and license holder trekking in 2014, involving in active trekking guide he used to lead peak climbing teams with help of timely attempted basic mountaineering training in 2016. He has the history of successful summit of Mt. Everest (8850 meters) the world’s highest peak.
